By using PriceGuessr you accept the terms below. In short: play fair, and don't treat the prices as investment advice.
This is an English translation for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails.
01 The service
PriceGuessr is a free browser game in which you guess the market price of Counter-Strike 2 skins – alone (daily challenge) or with friends (rooms). The game is for entertainment only.
There is no real money, stake, purchase or prize in the game, and points have no monetary value.
02 Prices
Prices come from Skinport's public market data or, when that is unavailable, from the median of several CS2 marketplaces (Skinport, CSFloat, Buff163, CS.Money, YouPin, market.csgo), based on the daily publications of csgotrader.app. They may be delayed or inaccurate. They are for information only: they are not investment, purchase or sale advice, and do not mean that a skin can be sold or bought for that price.
03 Account and username
You can play in rooms as a guest; the daily challenge and the leaderboard require a Steam account, in which case your public Steam profile name is shown.
Your chosen guest name must not be offensive or misleading, and you must not impersonate anyone.
04 Fair play
It is forbidden to play with automated tools (bots, scripts), to overload the server, to disturb other players, or to manipulate the daily challenge results in any way.
If the rules are broken, we may delete results, ban accounts and close rooms – without prior notice.
05 Liability
The service is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation or the retention of data (e.g. leaderboards).
To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for damages arising from using the game or from decisions made based on the prices.
06 Legal notice
PriceGuessr is an independent project and is not affiliated with Valve Corporation or CS2.
Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike 2, Steam and related logos and images are trademarks and/or property of Valve Corporation; they appear on the site for identification purposes only.
07 Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect when published on the site. By continuing to use the site you accept the updated terms.
